METLINE Industries is a leading manufacturer and exporter of high nickel based special alloy buttweld pipe fittings. Generally seamless Inconel pipe fittings (Alloy 600 and Alloy 625) are available in the size range of ½” NB to 8″ NB. For sizes above 8″NB, we offer our customers with seam welded 100% radiography tested Inconel pipe fittings. METLINE offers a complete range of Inconel pipe fittings such as Inconel reducer, Inconel elbow, Inconel tee, Inconel cross, Inconel stub ends and Inconel pipe bends.
We specialise in the manufacture and supply of Inconel pipe bends in both standard and non standard sizes, with bending radius of 1D to 10D.
Alloy 600 or Inconel 600, is a non-magnetic nickel-chromium alloy and is widely referred as UNS N06600, while Inconel 601 is a nickel-chromium alloy, with an addition of aluminum. Inconel 601 exhibits excellent resistance to high temperature oxidation. Inconel 625, a nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy, is another super alloy which widely used in chemical processing, marine engineering, petrochemical and oil and gas offshore industries.
Overall, Inconel pipe fittings and flanges exhibit excellent corrosion resistance and mechanical properties in the most demanding environments.
Inconel pipe fittings are especially suitable for chemical process industry, industrial heating equipment, marine engineering, offshore oil and gas platforms, pulp and paper manufacturing and nuclear industries.
METLINE also stocks and supplies a complete range of Inconel pipes to complement our existing production range of buttweld fittings and flanges. Inconel pipes can be supplied in cut to length sizes and also machined or fabricated to meet your piping requirements.

Products are packaged to ensure that there is no damage during transit. In case of exports, standard export packaging is done in wooden cases. All fittings and flanges are marked with Grade, Lot No, Size, Degree and our trade mark. On special requests we can also, make custom marking on our products.
At METLINE, all fittings and flanges are subject to strict inspection at each stage of the production process, from starting material purchasing to product dispatch. They are visually examined for conformity to ASTM, ASME, MSS, DIN, EN, and JIS codes and standards. Upon request, official certified Inspection Agencies can be called in to witness the material reports, dimensions and quality conformity of products.
Test Certificates: Manufacturer Test Certificate as per EN 10204 / 3.1B, Raw Materials Certificate, 100% Radiography Test Report, Third Party Inspection Report
